new information:

family newsletter link: https://www.smore.com/n/j186d

summer advantage: Signups are out! There will be support for families to sign up during conferences. You can see who has already signed up here.

secure debrief: Reminder, secure means lock outside doors, but business as usual inside the school. It's what we use when there is activity outside the school (e.g., police activity in the neighborhood).  Secure can be called for many different reasons, and we are often in secure for long periods of time. There is a cheat sheet for all of these in your black box.

Also, if you have any safety concerns during a drill or real situation, please text Kendall and/or Aimee ASAP.

Lit Bit:
Thank you for getting your grade-level DIBELS probes completed.  I will be sending email reminders for students who have missing data next week.

Progress monitor:  This week interventionists are progress monitoring round 1 students and homeroom teachers are progress monitoring their homeroom students who are on the ten-day cycle (strategic and fragile core).  Sarah and Tamsyn will be testing the students in Elliott and Ruby's classrooms.
Post-ERW- Thank you to classroom teachers for coming ready to go with Unit Guides and positive attitudes. Thank you to Jackie for lending us the space and to Kelly for the snacks!
