From Aimee:
I am seeking coverage for morning drop off duty for the next week or so. I'm finding it challenging to "take it easy" and am hoping this can buy me a bit of time. We have stipend money to pay! Please reach out if you're available. Thank you!

ERW Snacks: Sign up here!

Staffing:
Jackie will be moving to the CLDE team in 24-25. Most of you know that she stepped up after a last-minute resignation to remain in 3rd grade, so this is a return to the original plan.
We have anticipated positions posted to solicit applications while we work through the budget process. If you are interested in any of these anticipated positions, please talk to Aimee ASAP.

Leveraging Resources: We are soliciting feedback through the leveraging resources survey, and will look at it during BLT: https://forms.gle/2H1uzJc9Q4NhjnBy8

THE VALENTINE'S SECTION

There once was a girl named Coreen,
Who is great at making kids feel seen,
She solves problems with flair,
And can't go anywhere,
Because we know that she is a real queen!

Meather is SUPER grateful for Jeane's continuous donation of tools, time, and programming to the SSN kids.  And we hear you are killing it with providing accommodations in the classroom.  Keep up all the great work and thank you!

💓The Second Grade Team is brilliant,

You all shine bright and everyday you make a difference!
Bringing your best everyday, you are nothing short of resilient.
I can't thank you enough for your magnificence! - Mary L

I'm also very grateful for Chef Matty, Gabby, and Andrew.  They feed me and so many others good, interesting food every day.  And they are also so kind and fun.  We are fortunate to have you all here at CRES!  Love, Mary G

Thanks to Dean and the facilities and tech peep who get things done efficiently around here and often taking kid and teacher needs into great consideration. Love from Mary G

With gratitude to our office staff.  What would we and all these kids do without you all?!?!  I appreciate your kindness, support, and can do attitude. XOXO, Mary G

So a few things about the CRES staff,
I walk in the doors knowing we are all on a team.
Everyday with students, parents, and teachers together we can laugh.
Much gratitude to you all-we function like a well-oiled machine!- Mary L

A love letter to the 4th grade team:

Roses are red, our earrings are dangly.

Sometimes our remind messages can be quite lengthy.

Camping, skiing, hiking are some of the things we do best.

But after we plan them we need about a week of rest.

Mira is the artist always creating and making,

Her amazing ideas we’re always taking.

Holly has all the fun games the kids love to play.

She also decorates her room for every holiday!

Jenn is steady and calm, her energy is needed,

Without her we would surely be defeated.

We have to be honest, we sometimes struggle with 4th grade math.

If we spend too much time on something we fear Kenly’s wrath.

Fourth graders are smelly and we often get crop dusted.

Or maybe it was the teacher…. Haha busted!!!

Love,

Kenly

I'm grateful for Audrey and Eryn and the SpEd team's support of and empathy for our SSN program.  It feels good to know you all see us and can validate that the challenges are real.  We make a good team.  Thank you!  XOXO, The Groomeinator

CRES shines bright with talents untold,
Each classmate and colleague unique, like stars of gold.
Happy Valentine's Day, let's celebrate the fun,
Together we make CRES the best, everyone!

Happy Weekend, a special shoutout to Marty,
~ Go Chiefs

I'm so grateful for Aimee and Kendall.  They help with all things Great and Small and do it with kindness, compassion, and competence.  -Love from The Groomeinator
