Week of November 13th

This week's newsletter isn't starting off with a touch point about our school goals, or an inspirational quote- instead, this space is dedicated to sharing with all of you an amazing moment from Thursday morning.

A fourth grader dropped her birthday cupcakes while getting off the bus at 7:30. First amazing moment- she didn't cry! Instead, she and her friend told everyone "nothing to see here" while trying desperately to salvage the cupcakes (see image above).
THEN, who came to the rescue but Chef Matty and Tamsyn! Turns out Chef Matty was a pastry chef for a while, and those cupcakes were soon good as new. Here's to magical morning moments!

new information and need to know

Pumpkin in your pocket will be in action all week, with many prizes up for grabs! See rules below, but the gist is that you want to have a pumpkin at the end of the day, and the way to get pumpkins is by asking other staff "do you have a pumpkin in your pocket?"
